Striders is committed to helping you reach your fitness goals, as well as improve your overall quality of life.  We work with our clients to build an understanding of how diet, exercise and life choices impact your health and fitness levels. 

Our Warrior Workout program is a unique challenge circuit that helps build your muscles and stamina to make every day easier and life less taxing.  When combined with a proper diet and rest, you will truly change your life, no matter your current physical conditioning level.  We also can incorporate weights and a lifting program to help you build muscle, stamina, endurance, strength, loose weight or gain weight.

We can schedule individual, team or small group sessions and can do sessions by appointment at pretty much anytime the schedule is open.  Stop in for a free trial workout during one of the Warrior Workout sessions, or call Ed (301-461-3623) to set an individual appointment. 

Ed is finishing his NFPT Personal Trainer training and certification and continues to find resources to help you reach all of your goals.
